Seven days of hiking in Hornstrandir aka Heaven.
Last winter I decided I would go back to Iceland this summer, four years after my initial visit. I was really keen to visit the bits I hadn’t visited before, i.e. the Snaefellsnes peninsula in the west and the Westfjords in the far northwest, so that’s exactly what I did. And the absolute highlight was a week of hiking in Hornstrandir.
